The Chapel Hill Police Department is partnering with me to facilitate a 5K fundraiser on Sunday, December 4th at Southern Community Park in Southern Village, Chapel Hill, NC. Afterwards, we will have a 1 mile race for children 12 and under called Chase the Chief. With a 1 minute head start, see if your child can beat Chief Chris Blue of the Chapel Hill Police Department to the finish line! We anticipate over 400 runners with the 5K starting at 1pm and the children’s fun run beginning at 2:15.
I am aware that I cannot make a large difference without support from philanthropic individuals and businesses. To date I have raised over $64,000 with a goal of raising $100,000 by my graduation from Carrboro High School in 2018. Thank you for considering corporate sponsorship, donating, and/or running/walking as I know you receive many of these opportunities. Together we can truly make a difference for thousands of locally hospitalized children and teens.
