The whole month of October Leanne is collecting money for gift cards and actual gift cards to donate to hospitals. The gift cards to Walmart ($5), Target ($5), Sephora ($10) and iTunes ($10) will be given to hospitalized teens to boost their self-esteem and help them have a positive hospital experience when they are feeling discouraged. So please pick up a gift card at the register next time you are shopping or donate money and we will pick up the gift cards!
Leanne is trying to get teens more involved with philanthropy work. She had generous businesses and the NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes donate incredible prizes for the 5 teens who raise the most money for this exciting fundraiser.
The prizes are:
2 pairs of lower-level Hurricanes hockey tickets
A one hour massage at Massage Envy
A collection of Sephora products
A signed Hurricanes hockey stick
