Julianne Donley – President & CEO, Miniter Group
Miniter Group is a specialty insurance agency providing risk management solutions for the financial institution lender community. Under Julianne’s leadership, Miniter Group has enjoyed an annualized growth rate of 86% for the past five years, and is one of the fastest growing collateral protection companies in the industry. She currently is a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, and several industry associations.
Julianne is a graduate of Boston Latin School, where she was a member of the National Honor Society. She then obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Smith College.
She served on the Boston Latin School Association‘s Board of Directors from 2004 to 2010, and was Chairman of the Programs Committee and held a 5 year position on BLSA’s Development Committee. Additionally, she currently serves on the board of BeWellBeHere and is an avid supporter of St Jude.
Matt Hendison – Chief Officer, Marketing & Entertainment, My Gym Enterprises
As Chief Officer of Marketing and Entertainment for My Gym, Matt is responsible for all corporate marketing and branding efforts as well as business development, sponsorships and strategic partnerships with such companies as Playskool, Disney, Huggies and Mott’s.
Additionally, Matt has overseen the company’s creation and production of My Gym’s kids entertainment properties including Mymo’s Adventures, The Activators and TV the show My Gym at Home, seen worldwide on the BabyFirst TV channel. Prior to My Gym, Matt worked for the National Basketball Association (NBA) as the Director of Programming where, among other duties, he oversaw non-game television programs and events with Nickelodeon, MTV and YTV in Canada.
Born in New York and raised in Los Angeles, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications from the University of Connecticut, where he was a 4 year member of the varsity ice hockey team. Matt has been a featured speaker at UCLA’s Anderson School of Business and is an Advisory Board Member of Yowza, International, a mobile based marketing company based in California.
Matt is an active Marathon runner, tennis and hockey player and resides in Cohasset, MA with his wife Trish and step children, Cailey and Noel.
Amy Lochow, MD – Pediatrician, University Pediatrics
Amy is a native of Ashland, KY. She attended Furman University on a tennis scholarship from 1992-1996. She graduated from Marshall University School of Medicine in 2000 as co-valedictorian of her class. During medical school she and her husband, Steve Lochow, competed nationally and internationally in triathlons and duathlons. She completed her pediatric residency in Greenville, SC in 2004. Since then Amy has worked as a general pediatrician in Greenville, SC and is currently on staff at University Pediatrics in Huntington, WV. She is an attending physician in the resident clinic at Marshall University School of Medicine.
Amy and Steve have four children: Haven, Torin, Gavin, and Trevor. Haven and Leanne became friends while members of the Skipsations Jump Rope Team.
Ellen Joyce – Case Manager, Duke Regional Hospital
Ellen graduated from Shippensburg University and then received her Master’s Degree from Columbia University. She worked in hospital settings as a clinical social worker until she put her career on hold to start a family. Ellen and her husband Bill have three children: Sara, Kevin, and Leanne. Ellen returned to the field of hospital social work when Leanne was in first grade. She then worked as a hospice social worker for 10 years before returning to the hospital environment.
Ellen has been honored to serve on two boards. She was an active board member at her children’s pre-school and later served on the board for Leanne’s competitive jump rope team. Ellen has been involved in numerous volunteer positions for her children’s academic and sports activities.
